Over the course of two and a half years, I oversaw a half dozen restaurant construction projects as well as numerous retrofit projects to outfit their old stores with new fixtures. Banquettes, Utensil holders, Order Counter, Trash Stations, Table Tops, Table Bases, Shelves and Menu Card Holders were a part of the scope in many of the projects.
